This project also seeks to stimulate more innovative and entrepreneurial thinking among students, encouraging them to get involved in both research and business practices related to the blue economy.
- Evaluation and Future PreparationAs part of the project, a capacity assessment of the universities involved will be carried out in order to understand the particularities and realities of each institution. This understanding is vital, as each university has different entities and departments, as well as varying levels of involvement in the blue economy. The ultimate goal is to create a dedicated arm capable of driving the blue economy in a sustainable way in Seychelles and beyond.
- Student Competition and Practical InitiativesAnother important aspect of the project is the competition that will be open to students, in which they will have to present projects related to the blue economy that can be implemented in their countries.
